Well... about July 10. The postmark is "PKXP No. 63B" PKXP = "Postkupéexpedition" or "Postal Compartment". We're talking about railway post here.
ReplyDeleteA Postal Compartment in the Swedish postal system was a special railway carriage acting as a movable post office, sorting room and mail transportation. (A PKP was a similar arrangement, but without the post office expedition).
In 1888, PKXP no. 63 travelled between the capital of Stockholm and the municipality of Nässjö in the province of Småland.
This postmark is of Normal Cancellation Type 14 and was used between 1885 and 1915

Seems to be Liège indeed, beneath is written "depart" and on the right "Guillemin"which is a railway station which explain the word "Depart"

from a town/villlage in the Pyrennées, which leads you only a bit further since you have Pyrennées Orientales et Atlantique, no it's from NarbONNE so Orientales
The extra one from Belgium is from Seraing (should have posted it upside down I recognised it immediately that way ;-))
