I wrote about one of these postage stamps on my blog (https://blogdetimbrofil.wordpress.com/2017/11/15/un-bogus-din-colectia-mea/), and when I documented the subject, I found out that the philatelic 'bogus' issue (consisting of 6 perf & imperf stamps), was listed into the ‘Phantom Stamps’ catalogue by brothers Norman & Maurice Williams, at the beginning of the last century.
